As a CNC Operator at REKPRO, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce parts and components that meet exact specifications. You will interpret technical drawings, set up tools, and ensure production runs are executed with precision. In addition to operating machinery, you will perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to safety standards. Requirements
- Academic Qualifications: Diploma or certification in CNC Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a CNC Operator in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in operating various CNC machines (e.g., lathe, milling, or multi-axis).
- Skills:
- Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in programming CNC machines and adjusting settings for accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Software Knowledge: Experience with CNC programming software (e.g., G-code, CAD/CAM tools) is a plus.
