As a Proposal Engineer at REKPRO, you will play a critical role in developing accurate and compelling bids for industrial projects. Your responsibilities will include analyzing tender documents, understanding project specifications, and collaborating with internal teams to prepare detailed proposals. You will also manage cost estimation, ensuring competitive yet profitable bids that align with REKPRO’s high standards. From preparing technical documents to leading contract negotiations, you’ll be integral in securing successful projects across Saudi Arabia’s industrial landscape.
Requirements
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management, cost estimation, or procurement are a plus.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal engineering or a similar role.
- Expertise in preparing and analyzing tender documents and contracts.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in cost estimation and project budgeting.
- Strong understanding of the tendering process, including technical and commercial evaluations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Ability to lead and participate in contract negotiations effectively.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with proposal management and cost estimation software.
